The Property Solutions Joint Venture (PropSol) hereby invites tenders for the appointment of VALUERS and NEGOTIATORS to a PANEL to render VALUATION AND NEGOTIATION SERVICES or NEGOTIATION SERVICES ONLY required for the acquisition of property for national road purposes for a period of twenty-four (24) months commencing on 2 April 2024.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office©2016 or later and a recent version of .pdf compatible software.

TENDERERS MEETING

There is no clarification meeting for this tender. Tenderers must submit, via e-mail, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender by 16 February 2024. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being nonresponsive.
